Windy again, this morning, but with clear periods until lunchtime. Rain started at 1pm ; an ominous bleeping noise indicated a power outage at 1.30. So here we are again, waiting for the temperature to fall. Heard an outrageous story from Benbecula where a patient's relative had to drive the ambulance, as there were insufficient ambulance crew; the lone paramedic had to administer oxygen to the patient. Power returned at 5.20, but having problems with the central heating.
